Filming #1

This week our group began to film. In order to ensure a good place where our two main characters would "accidentally" bump into each other for the beginning scene, we thought of places in the school with two meeting hallways. Alas, my group and I decided to go down to the U.S history hallway since there was a good interception that would allow for unique camera angles. Once we adjusted the lighting on the camera we used a red sidelining against the wall for optimal shots. 

This is me taking a picture of the hallway where we will introduce our main character, Luca, that would represent the "shy guy" of the film.

The spectacular part about this camera positioning is that it captures both ends of the halls so it would create a good form of dramatic irony needed for this comedy film as the "popular kid" and the "shy guy" bumps into each other causing a scene. 

In this area, we also hope to film the entrance of the detention room going in/inside Mr. Chamber's classroom which will start a new scene.
